Provides great service.  Takes great care of my pets and home.  Have used for several years with great results for both daily and overnight visits.  I would absolutely recommend Lisa and her staff.

Lisa first set up a free of charge appointment to meet me and my dogs. She was very prompt for the appointment and took notes as I explained what I wanted done. She had me fill out paperwork to make sure everything would go smoothly. I returned to find two healthy, happy dogs. She is very patient, friendly and an animal lover. I will definitely recommend her, and I will be using her services in the future when I need a pet sitter again.

I'm very pleased with the services after 2 weeks. We had a couple of kinks in learning the routine, but that's to be expected. They come in every day, feed my dog lunch, take her for a walk, refresh her water, and get the mail. They leave a note at the end of each visit explaining what happened that day. My dog has quite the personality and can get kind of depressed if she doesn't like her daytime accommodations. She's been very peppy and happy with Lisa's visits and that's a very good sign in my book, as my dog is a pretty good judge of people! :) They were also very responsive. I called/emailed 4 different companies from Angie's List on a Friday. Only 2 responded promptly. Lisa was the first to call back and immediately scheduled a visit so we could get things squared away for the following week. I also liked the other company that returned my call. (As a side note, I've been very surprised how many A listed providers on Angie's List fail to return calls. I really appreciated how Lisa promptly called back and got things moving.)

It went extremely well. We have used several other pet services and have also gotten neighbors to take care of our animals. But because we work at home, our animals are very used to having us there all the time. They normally get lots of attention. Other times, when we returned, we could tell from their behavior they had been extremely anxious while we were away. Our dog is some what high-strung and before we used Pack Leader she was frantic when we returned. Using Pack Leader, however, both animals, especially the dog, were very calm when we came home from our four-day/three night-trip. We could tell that she had been getting a lot of exercise, care and fun. It was obvious to us that Lisa had really made her feel comfortable in our absence; there was not of the frantic behavior we had seen using other services. When we walked her, we could see that she had not picked up any bad habits, like straining at the leash or running out the open door. All her training was intact, which has not always been the case. I think it was important that we got Lisa to come 3 times a day, but even so, I credit most of the improvement to her excellent handling of the animals. The service is very professional; clients can contact Lisa via email, through the website and she is always available by phone. After we made the appointment she called us just before we left to confirm all the arrangements. She left us a detailed note when we returned from the trip. Then, because I forgot to call her and let her know we had returned, she called us the morning after we came home, to confirm that the animals were all right and that we were now taking care of them. This is the best service of this kind I have used in 20 years of owning pets. For us this was much better than putting the dog in a kennel or pet hotel, and Pack Services gave much better value than other pet sitting services we have used..
