Polite but did a terrible job hanging the door, installing handle and flushing the door hinges. they almost ripped through the door knob area when cutting a hole for it so it was plastered with wood fill to cover it, hinges had extra area cutout around it, and door did not sit flush once hung. Would not recommend them for any wood work nor would I use them again. To top it off we wrote them and check and then they went back and charged the card on file afterwards for double payment.
