They did a great job on my fence and I would have given them better ratings had they followed through/ stood behind their work. The gate the build was perfect at first. However, when the ground settled with the new posts they installed the gate dropped/sagged about 5/8ths of an inch and would no longer latch and now won't close. My dogs have gotten out several times. After an initial text, they said they did stand behind their work. That is the last text or phone call they have responded to. I may have hire someone else to repair the gate. Right now it is like I do not have a gate as I have it wired shut.
