I had a great moving experience with Mid-Cities Movers. They were on time and moved me from an apartment to a house very quick. The price was more than fair for the services provided. Great customer service. I highly recommend this company.

The Mid Cities movers did a great job moving my entire household contents into storage this past Saturday. It was a very hot Texas day and these guys got it done! Will use again! Thanks guys!

Mark, the man who scheduled the move with me did not follow through and the movers did not show up on moving day. He finally did send them later in the day and the men that did the actual move did a great job.

He only takes CASH, but we were never told that. so be prepared. Ridiculous!

Quick when moving items. Did not put my sectional together correctly but there was no harm done.

They arrived ready to work and within minutes of the scheduled start time of 9 AM in Irving TX. The team did a great job of wrapping and packing our belongings. Great care was taken in the loading and unloading the truck. However, the unpacking/ delivery at the destination failed to meet my expectations: The leader ran our chair+ 1/2 into the entry door frame by placing it over his head obstructing his vision (the chair needed a two man carry) An antique display case was damaged and when pointed out to "Mark" he said "that veneer just rubbed off we wrapped it well" The washer and dryer were not hooked back up and the refrigerator was left without the door handles. Several times items were placed and left in the wrong location. example in garage instead of shed. On a positive note when I called to report that 2 lampshades were missing they originally said everything was off the truck but called me back quickly and reported they found them in the furniture padding and made special arrangements to deliver them to my wife who was still in the Dallas. That extra effort was appreciated. When my wife expressed my displeasure Mark was apologetic and informed her that if I had called him he would have come back to make it right.

Friendly and efficient crew. Nothing was damaged at all. The price was very reasonable beating some other movers by up to $1000 dollars roughly. Hard working bunch!

Found the supervisor to be a little to friendly with my daughter and loved to talk will his helper loaded things. Did not put things where I told him. A couple of things where damaged but nothing important. I felt the helper was much more professional than the supervisor.

The movers worked VERY hard, were thorough, helpful, neat, careful and had a GREAT attitude! The price was reasonable and the value excellent.

Mark th e owner was extremely flexible with me and my schedule. My movers were great and really took great care with my furniture.

Darren and Tony were top notch professionals... They even changed my dryer plug and connected my washer and dryer...they made the whole moving experience as good as it could be!!!

Great job - the men arrived on time, were obviously very experienced, and worked efficiently until the job was complete. They moved all of our possessions from a 3 story, 3000 sq ft house to our new home 50 miles away with great care. Everything arrived in good condition and was placed exactly where it belonged. 3 men loaded our things, 2 additional men came to help with the delivery. The owne, Mark, was very polite and helpful throughout the process. When he said "don't worry about the move-we'll take care of everything"' he was absolutely correct. We would recommend and use them again.

Very hard working and obviously experienced. Showed up on time and never took a break until the job was finished.

They were rough with my belonging and on my walls. The boss was the worst. The other two guys seemed good.

There was one surprise increase in the cost of doing business. There was a sudden charge for " a long walk".

Good overall, would use again. Mark, phone contact, is toooo curt, also had to drag some info out of him.

Tore up the walls, chipped and broke furniture . One mover should not count as a 3rd person. It was a nightmare for 6 hours. The truck was to small so I had to call a friend with a Truck to help with left over items.

Very helpful & went above & beyond!!!! Would use them again & recommend them too!!
