Very well. I contacted Ronda by email to pressure wash my driveway & sidewalks. This was through an offer I found on Angie's List for 2000sf of pressure washing for $200 which was about the amount I wanted to be done. We agreed on a date & time and a gentleman by the name of Walker showed up. When Walker gets a grip on a power washer he doesn't know where to stop. He not only cleaned what we agreed to but he also washed my two garage doors, two 8 foot brick posts that supported my driveway gate and my brick mailbox at no extra charge. He did an excellent job and it took almost 5 hrs.

What a great experience. I purchased the coupon on Angies list for a full exterior cleaning of up to 20 windows on my home. They reached out to me that same day - I bought the coupon on a Saturday, the work was scheduled for the following Tuesday. 
My windows are SPOTLESS! I was so impressed with how prompt and responsive they were. And of course, they did wonderful, quality work. Would definitely use them again!

5/12: Received email that "he would go by there this afternoon and it will be emailed to you".
5/13:  Received email "He just did your gutter cleaning estimate and I have sent it to your email. Please let me know if you have any issues with receiving it."
5/13:  Received quote
5/14:  Requested service be scheduled
5/14:  Was informed there was an opening that afternoon (5/14) at 3:30. So I scheduled the time. Received an email 1.5 hours before the service that they were running behind and couldn't make it today. They offered to come on 5/15 at 2:00pm instead. I agreed
5/15:  Emailed to confirm 2:00pm appointment at 11:30am. No response
5/15:  Emailed again to confirm at 12:30. No response
515:  Send email at 3:30 (1 hour after appt. time still with no response from vendor) to cancel order since I had now wasted 2 afternoons waiting and due to no response at all today.
5:/15:  Received this reply 5 minutes later copied directly from their email:  " You know What that is fine i have been on a ladder all morning fighting the this f#;&,'king rain all morning risking my life and lively hood sorry i couldn't just drop what i was doing and answer you call or email i am not a servent to my phone. Have a good day"

Purchased groupon for $59 for 25 exterior window cleaning. Looked great! Sparkly clean windows. Easy scheduling. Work performed while I was at work. Left voucher on porch. Easy breezy.

The first appointment was scheduled for June 27th at 2:00pm. I found a message left that morning informing me that my appointment had been cancelled because I was the only appointment in the Flower Mound area. I was a bit perturbed as I had cut a family visit short to be home for the appointment. After 2 weeks of calling the 214-517-6184 number to reschedule (the message said that they would call to reschedule, which didn't happen) with no answer, I was starting to think that I had been duped. The answering machine has a generic message and no one returned my calls. Two weeks later I called the number at
7 in the morning and was surprised to speak to a real person. The man on the phone informed me that I needed to send an e-mail to have the receptionist call me to reschedule. When they finally called, I was told that the next available appointment would be August 13th at 12:00pm. Ok, I had already paid for the service and was led to believe that they were that busy, I took the appointment in August. August 13th at 1:00 - I called back on the number of the person whom had scheduled the appointment - Ronda Konuk 469-288-1948. She informed me that she had called the day before and because I was not here to confirm my appointment, they had cancelled because "they aren't wasting gas and time" to come out to the standing appointment. I told her that I had come home after 5pm the day before and was not able to reach them. She informed me that her husband was already home for the day and not going out anymore. Then I was told to call Groupon where I should get my refund and promptly HUNG up on.
Customer satisfaction, professionalism, and desire to do the job are non existent here. As none of the work was ever done, although paid for and scheduled twice, I can not comment on their quality. Even if the work is top quality, their customer service is not worth dealing with.

Metroplex Window Cleaning came to my home on a Sunday and power washed the exterior of my house and then washed the exterior windows. They did a really nice job on both and I would hire them again. I will probably have them power wash and clean my windows every year going forward.
