My neighbors used them so I went with who they used. The referral was the key thing. I will be continuing to use them. I signed up for their yearly thing. They went over and above. They helped work with us to get protection all the way around the house. I just started, so I'm not too much into everything that they do. I've got COPD and they are very careful not to do anything to mess that up. They are very considerate. It's for a year of pest and termite bait. It's a combination. They discounted something and next year, it will be less because they won't have to come as often. They did a thorough check and found some carpenter ants that were the whole line of the other side of my house where my neighbor was. They didn't find any termites, but they did a thorough check. They are baiting outside and I was very pleased. They did a good job. He did discount some because I paid cash upfront. They are excellent. I've had service by different ones when I lived in another house and I'd say they are just as good, if not better. Their responsiveness is very well. I'll probably continue from now on. It just gives me peace of mind since I can't get out and do anything. If I was healthy enough to keep a check on things, I might go a different way. This way here, I'm secure in knowing they'll take care of whatever problems arose and if any kind of problems happen, they'll take care of that too. It's kind of an insurance, you might say.
