The staff could have been a little better. It was a busy time to buy and they gave us two washers instead of a washer and a dryer. It was all worked out the day it was supposed to be delivered. Punctuality was a bit off that day. The price was fair.

After giving the salesman a business card from Fry's Electronics with the model number and price, Lowe's matched the price, and took off an additional 10%. On top of that, they offered free delivery, and free installation. They delivered the refrigerator, dent free; had to take both doors off of the refrigerator because it was so large; reassembled it, and hooked it up for us. We saved over $700.00 off of the original price.

It took a while to get them to come out to do the project. The scheduling took longer than I had wanted it to. They finished all the work in one day. The workers did a good job, and seemed to know what they were doing.
