The recent cold weather in Texas finished off my power steering pump. It started leaking fluid all over everything including itself. It sounded like it was going to seize up so I went back to Tony and Orval Pierce at this Kwik Kar on Trinity Blvd in Euless like I always do. They put me on a new power steering pump and a new accessory drive belt and now it runs perfectly. The belt was squealing because it had power steering fluid all over it so the belt was replaced as well. The old pulley was cracked so Tony put me on a new pulley. It runs fine now, no more belt squealing, and the new pump works great. This is the Kwik Kar on Trinity Blvd in south Euless and they have repaired my cars for 11 years and once again today, they got me going again for a very reasonable price. Everyday things like alternators, drive belts, brakes, lights, are no problem for these folks. This Kwik Kar is owned and operated by Orval and Tony Pierce and they are the best people to do business with you could ever find. This is a Christian business and they make you feel like family when you come here. They have fixed stuff for me that no dealership would have ever figured out. Their prices are far better than dealership prices and their work is great. They get it right and they do that for a reasonable price. They have been making my cars run for 11 years and I have no intentions of ever taking my cars anywhere else. They have made my cars last far longer than they would have otherwise. They deserve to get top notch ratings on every list there is and especially on Angie's list.

"Many competitors, especially dealerships, will try to blame a problem on the last shop that serviced a vehicle. This allows them to take advantage of your situation and steal a customer. Often times, such as this one, they will lie when they know the customer will not know any better. We do not operate that way. January 20, 2014 was our 11 Year Anniversary. We could not have lasted that long in this industry with dishonesty or poor service. The fact is that we service nearly 10,000 cars a year and yes hood latch handles and even cables do break occasionally. When a part breaks during proper use due to age or wear and tear, it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to pay for the repair. We tried to explain that the technician did not break the latch. It was time and wear that broke the part. She could not understand that plastic parts in 100 degree cars get weak and brittle over time. Finally we just removed our labor charge, reducing her cost by two thirds, asked for payment of the part and asked her not to return. She was not going to be happy with anything less than someone else pay for something that was her responsibility."
