STAY AWAY! Complete price gouging. I recently had an estimate (no free estimate - cost $175 just to see the issues) for a complete pool equipment replacement - 2 pumps, a booster, and two lights - the bid cam in EXTREMELY HIGH. I did a quick google search on the SAME EXACT PUMP quoted in the estimate and it was $1500 cheaper than what was on the estimate. When I confronted the company - they said this was inclusive of "labor". When I asked if I bought the equipment elsewhere and then they installed, they said it would be $500. SO - $1000 mark up on a $2000 pump. CRIMINAL. They will over charge you - ironically - they are titled "integrity". Pass along!

HORRIBLE!! I don’t even want leave one star for this company. My father hired this company a few years back and they once upon a time was great. My father recently passed and my Mom is now the one to handle the pool. Their customer service has gone drastically down hill. My mom went out of town on 27 May and returned 3 June. She came home to a GREEN algae filled pool. We took a water sample To Leslie’s pool shop and was told there was NO chlorine in the pool and there was no way this pool was treated with any chemicals in the past 2-3 weeks. It took 6 bags of shock And three chlorine tablets and a lot Of scrubbing on my part to get the pool Cleaned. The catch baskets on the sides of the pool were full of junk, the pool Cleaning machine was no longer white but green and filled with junk. Nothing had been cleaned out. We Call the company and get Told we will talk to the person that’s supposed to be cleaning the pool but they know he had been by during the week. There is no way someone came during the week and cleaned this pool. If they cleaned it and provided proper chemicals then how did it turn green in less than a week. Additionally, they are supposed t be here by noon and didn’t show up till 4:30pm and was here less than 5 minutes. He emptied the side baskets which were already empty. He then yanked the pool cleaner out of the pool checked it and literally tossed it back in to the pool. Proper way to handle a $1400 piece of equipment right? He then Tested the water, scrubbed the walls a little bit. We purposefully left some algae on the steps and a couple spots on the wall to see if it would get properly cleaned. Stuff is still there. No chemicals were added and lastly he left stuff floating on top of the pool. Didn’t even bother skimming it up. NO way would I recommend this company. **** poor service.
