 + -1 moreTerrible and the worst service ever. Our idea of getting an engineer was to have someone thoroughly examine the foundation under the house and of course the levels above. How can this be done when the representative sees no need in going underneath the house to observe the root cause? I would never use this company. Look elsewhere--there are far better qualified people out there.
Description of Work: We had this company out to our house to look at the structure. The representative didn't even go under our house to observe the crawl space of our pier & beam foundation. He walked inside, took a look around, and told us what the problem was and what he thought the solution should be for foundation repair.
