I think that their price is a little high. Otherwise, I like them. They are professional and courteous. I will use them again.

No too well!

Very happy with the salesman I was working with, Kevin. Ultimately we
were unable to reach a deal, but the process was exactly as I would
expect with a company such as Audi. Will definitely go back.

The car had problms from Day one. Charge me $85 on warranty repair to fix the transmission and oil consumption. Had the car less than one month. I've been back over 8 times for four seperate problems. Sold me the car with a satellite radio and 6 CD player. They can not make them work together and refuse to discuss it in sales.

It was under warranty at the time. I didn't have to pay. The service went well. I don't have any problems with them. I had an Audi before this one. I switched to a different one because I was trying to do the SUV thing and that didn't go well, so I went back to my old car. I recommend Audi and I recommend this dealership. They really take good care of me. I can give them A's across the board. I don't take my car anywhere else other than state inspection. I use the dealership for oil changes, tires and everything else. They explain everything that is going on. They give you a opportunity to say "No I don't want to do this or I do want to do this". They give me recommendations. They are proactive in the fact that, one time I took the car in, they were checking something, and they noticed that I had worn the tread on my tires really low in rotating it. They told me and ldquo;it is just about time, let's go ahead, and think about treading it. Here's what we recommend and you can make a decisionand rdquo;. There is no hard feeling whatsoever. I got some work I need to do now, all I did was got a postcard saying the things I need to do and to let them know when I am ready for it. It has been a wonderful experience so far with them. It doesn't matter who the service person is, it doesn't matter who the cashier is, I don't really deal with the sales people because I am trying to avoid buying a new car but from the service perspective, they are excellent.
