Dalworth Clean

They were really good.  There were two guys that came out and they were really nice, professional, and clean cut.  They were very helpful in moving things around and had good attention to detail.

Before we moved into our new home. Carpets in every single room was horrific with dust stains, yes "dust stains" - the previous owners who lived in this house for seven years did not believe in dusting. Also along with pets urine stains and every dirt/mud stain imaginable.
Technician Bobby G, did a well done performance on lifted heavy soiling stains. Most of which has been lifted and cleared.

Dalworth Cleaning were very good. They did an excellent job.

They did as good as job as someone could do. They did get the carpets cleaned and they said that if one particular spot came up, give us a call and we can do clean it for no charge.

We used them once at a rental house that we were leaving and we wanted to leave it in a good shape to get the deposit back.  The guy who came out was a very nice man.  We haven't used him since.  He did a lovely job.  He was very personable.  He did a very good job.  He was good.  He was here on time.  The price was a little high.

They are an okay company.  I use them because of the quality they offer, but I don't think they are great.

.They did a great job. They look like brand new. The tenants I  had had put alot of wax on the floors it was horrible but when they were done it was great. Very happy with them.

Dickens Carpet cleaned our carpeting. 

The service man they send out was just super. He really took car of everything and was very responsive of our request. They did a great job.

They showed up on time. They also gave me discount on the rugs. They did an excellent job on all of it. They took the furniture outside so they see better and get around the carpet. The price was what they quoted me over the phone.

They did a good job; they were timely.  I have no complaints.

How did it end(?), poorly.  One of the upholstered chairs and one sofa were not cleaned.  The carpets under the beds were not cleaned.  It was easy to tell because there was dust on the floor molding and dirt marks under the beds when I moved them.  The hardwood floors were cleaned.  I had Dalworth come back out and they re-cleaned all 3 of the  bedroom carpets and actually moved the beds to clean under them (the second visit).  The carpet crew  told me the upholstered sofa and chair would need to be cleaned by a second crew who was scheduled later that afternoon, they never came,  What a sham.  Please don't use them, unless you can stand there and supervise them the entire time.

Prompt, professional and cleaned all of my carpets for the agreed price.  I will definitely use them agin.

They are very professional. They did a good job. I have used them before, and I would use them again.

They were very efficient and cheerful.

The cleaners said that the floor should be dry enough to put the furniture back on the floor within 4 hours and completely dry in 8 hours. Two days later the floor was still so wet that it made squishy sounds when I walked on it. The closet smelled mildewy. I couldn't put the furniture back on the floor for four days.  I had agreed to "flooding" the room that had the cat urine as they guaranteed this would get rid of the smell. This part was fairly successful. The rest of the house they used a color-safe bleach for which I paid extra. The living room turned out fine. But my bedroom, bathroom, family room, and hallways are awful. Huge brown stains have appeared that were never there before. It is disgusting. I will now have to have my carpets replaced in those areas.
