Very well. The scheduling had to be pushed out due to my schedule and they were very accommodating. Very friendly staff on the phone. Bobby, the service tech was very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure what I needed met the needs for the cleaning. It was a pleasure working with Dalworth and I will use them in the future.

Overall cleaning went well and looked good. However the technician noted that the carpets had heavy wear and were heavily stained and I disagree. They are in very good condition and the soiling was mainly just normal dirt from everyday walking. There were a few small stains that looked better initially but have returned since then.

They were great, I liked them very much. He did a good job. He was able to get all of the pet stains out from our dog who was sick and was very respectful of the situation.

They were fantastic, I had to have a house inspection for an adoption. And another carpet cleaning company came at and were going to charge me $2,000 so I was panicing. I called Dalworth and they were able to get me in that day at a much, much better price. They went above and beyond for me and our soon to be family.

They did a fantastic job. Since I had never done it before, I thought it was a little high for me. It was worth in the end. But I will do a price comparison the next time. The technician was very helpful. I asked questions and he would give answers. He was well versed in what he was doing for sure. Like I said I would do a price comparison, but if they are a the lowest then yes.

They were great, actually. I would give them an A by far; they were great. Price was competitive and reasonable. This was for carpet cleaning of my whole house. They did pretty much everything except for one bedroom. For responsiveness, they were on it. For punctuality, he was on time. I told them I was gonna get them to come back out in six months. What would I tell a friend? If they need any carpet cleaning, go with them; they did an excellent job, excellent job.

The duct cleaning went well, but the tech stepped through the ceiling while in the attic. The company immediately responded and sent a drywall repair man the next day. After 3 visits the damage was repaired and everything looks great.

Very well. Very pleased with the technician and the result. I've used Dalworth in the past and appreciate the quality of its service and the technician's skill. I recommend Dalworth for upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning and duct cleaning (both of which I've had done in the past).

I have used them in the past for carpet cleaning and have always been pleased. I will continue using them. The only hiccup was that the machine on the truck was putting out terrible smell and it set of my carbon monoxide detectors.

Tech was early and even helped move a piece of furniture that he didn't have to. He worked very hard to get very old carpet looking as good as it could. Will definitely use again.
