"I would like to determine the validity of this statement. I would like to listen to the call, as they are all recorded (and I would need the client's phone number and date of the call) and if this was the case I would like to rectify it with the client. I have searched based on a name but have had no luck finding a record. We, at Dalworth, pride ourselves on NOT "hard selling" over the phone so I would like the opportunity to, not only validate the issue but to coach to it as well. The term "hard core selling" is very subjective and we have had derogatory comments made simply because people did not like our price points. In all fairness we should have the opportunity to validate someone's "opinion" of our performance and honestly deal with it, whether it is in "our favor" or not."
