Dalworth Clean

I received a quote from Dalworth and the woman I spoke to was incredibly
friendly and helpful. The price was competitive but I choose another
company to perform the job. From my experience getting a quote over the
phone, I would recommend Dalworth to someone else.

They were on time and did a good job. No complaints.

It went very well. I thought they were very professional.

It was a good overall experience and we will use them again.

I've used them for many years. I like that they are prompt and they usually let you know the price upfront and give you options.

I called them several times and they always did an excellent job!  At one point they cleaned up two inches of water in my husband's office.  They are quite good and very reliable.  They also vet their people, which I really appreciate!

Everything went well and I was very satisfied with their work.

We had an older home with original hardwood floors and newer tile in certain areas.  Dalworth was able to both types of floors on short notice.  It's been a few months since the service but I still recall the professionalism of the gentleman that came to do the work.  He was also enthusiastic about the work he did which also made him easier to work with.  He was able to answer our questions about their methods and products used in the cleaning process.

They were excellent. They were very informative and they had no problem taking one of rugs back to clean again when I told them I thought there was still some odor left.

Their price was not set. They said the price depends on the day of working which was basically double of the one-day price. They really could not tell me the exact amount. The price was high. Even the price for one day was higher. I had a lot of brick flooring and I wanted to get it cleaned and sealed. They were good at everything only the price.

The work performed was outstanding.  This was a very short notice cleaning, that needed to be done the next day.  We call several companies and they were the only company that was able to rearrange some appointments to assist with our emergency. My only concern is that no furniture was moved.  With that being said, we would without a doubt use them again.

Upon contacting this company about some much needed wood floor refinish/repairing for my new property, I was told that they do not do wood floor work in Austin right now. A little disconcerting considering they are the second company listed here when I searched for "wood floor cleaning" in Austin and Austin is listed in the coverage area.

I called Dahlworth based on recommendations of friends and reviews on Angie's List. The person on the phone was courteous and helpful, explained the cleaning process and the charges and got me scheduled for a rug pickup. The Dahlworth team arrived on time, calling in advance to confirm they were on their way. The men were very courteous and efficient. They wouldn't let me help them move furniture out of the way but insisted that I let them handle it all themselves. They rolled up the rug, neatly folded the carpet pad and replaced the furniture. They both had good humor when my cat got into the middle of the action and decided to play. The rug was returned when expected, also with a confirmation phone call before arriving. Again, the gentlemen were courteous and professional and moved the furntiture, laid the carpet pad, then the carpet, and rearranged the furniture. They answered my questions thoroughly about what had been done and tips for care of the rug.  The rug looks new again. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I had the carpets cleaned, and they did a great job. However, I also had them do a repair. The repair looks so much worse than the damage that was there beforehand. I would never receommend them for a carpet repair. My cats had scratched at the base of the closet door and had worn a spot in the carpet that looked rather stringy. The Dalworth repairman warned me that the repaired section would not look original as carpet fades over time and the new section would look brand new. I was fine with that. However, I was completely unprepared for the fact that it simply looks like someone cut a square hole in my carpet and set a new square of carpet on top of the hole. It is not really attached to the rest of the carpet and it looks ridiculous. I was told that over time, after several vaccuumings, it would look just like the rest of the carpet, only perhaps slightly cleaner. It has been a year, and the square of carpet still looks horrible.That repair cost $100. It would have been infinitely better to simply leave the damaged spot alone instead of having Dalworth "repair" it.

Dalworth did a good job. Nothing about them stands out for me.

I would recommend them for cleaning furniture.  They did a really good job.  I had a lot of cat hair and they got all that out, and our furniture looks new and great.  They were professional and they knew their job.  They also did the dry cleaning to remove the stains and they did test the fabric, which was done fast.  They just did a good job but their price was a little high.  They were on time.

We haven't used them for 10 years, not because we don't like them just because we haven't needed to. They were very professional, showed up when they should have and are punctual. The person who comes into your home to do the work is usually the person who owns the franchise. It is nice because whoever comes into your home has a vested interest in doing a good job. It is easy to remember their phone number because they have a jingle to help you remember. They seem really trustworthy. They always look nice and neat.

Arrived on-time and did a fantastic job.  Now I know why they say; "The next best thing to new is Dalworth clean".

I have used several other companies as well but I've always been the most pleased with Dalworth.  They do a great job cleaning my carpets and removing pet odors, and I will use them in the future for grout cleaning.

They were on time and I like everything they did. My chairs look brand new now. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I would be calling them soon for my carpets cleaned and I have recommended them to other people. They are terrific. They saved me from buying new chairs.

Did an outstanding job with no delays or rest breaks, Was here about two hours.  When finished, covered what was done and how we shoudl refrain from using sofas for about two hours.

I'm sure the price was fair but it was more expensive to have my oriental rug and runner cleaned than I thought it would. I was given the estimate and I accepted it because it was in line with other companies for the cleaning I needed.

Excellent experience.  They were fast and very thorough.  However, Dalworth contracted this job out and that caught me by surprised.

He was awesome and did a very good job. He was on time and did what he needed to do.
