Plan on using them again if needed.
1) He did NOT wear protection over his sneakers as shows/stated online. Thus, tracking mud all over my tile floor of which I had to mop (twice) AND he walked over the freshly cleaned carpet with his dirty shoes. Even after vacuuming it I can still see his footprints.
2) He did NOT pre-vacuum even though it was a part of the premium service.
3) He did NOT deodorize the carpet even though we paid for the pet service.
4) He barely spent time on the actual carpet. He fooled around with the couch/loveseat which weren't that bad anyway since we keep them covered all of the time. You can still see the super clean spot where I used my small carpet shampooer several weeks before he arrived. This tells me his professional work wasn't as good as my cheapie unit.
5) He did NOT use any fans to help facilitate the drying. We had to wait 6 hours to be able to walk on the carpet, use restrooms, move furniture back.
I kept asking him questions throughout, but he had excuses as to why he wasn't doing this correctly. I contacted their customer service desk, and they offered a $35 rebate. because he didn't use fans. I'm sorry, but he didn't do a lot of things that adds up to more than $35.
Needless to say, unless their customer service pulls through - we will not be using them again.
