OK, just disappointed that we spent top dollar for less than desired results.

Dalworth has always provided excellent service.

Very impressed. Dalworth was prompt, courteous and very professional. My carpets looked great! George was wonderful and I would definitely ask for him again the next time I need Dalworth's services. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Did everything on time to my satisfaction.

They did a great job but it took them 2 trips.  Our cat soiled our carpet and we had to have it cleaned. So we specifically told them why we needed the carpet cleaned. They picked up the carpet on time and returned it on time.  While it looked great the first time, one could still smell the cat urine on the carpet.  They took it back for a second cleaning, no question asked, and they did a very good job the second time.  So overall good customer service, and quality work.  I do recomend them and I would have given them straight As if it had been a one-time job!

We book all of our cleaning services online. They send emails and will call to remind you of the appointment. They always arrive on time and never leave a mess.

Not good.  Unable to remove even a portion of water-based paint stains on rug.

The crew arrived on time and worked professionally and quickly. They moved furniture to complete the cleaning. The quality was great and I will use them again in the future.

I scheduled the appointment on the internet.  Did not receive the day requested even though the internet said open.  Dal-worth promptly called  about scheduling issue and we agreed to a revised date and time.   Service technician did not arrive at scheduled time; however, he did called stating late due to traffic and would be approximately 30 min. late.  Carpet cleaning met expectations.  I would consider using Dal-worth again in the future.

Called them, set up an appointment. They showed up on time, cleaned the carpets for the agreed upon price.
Plan on using them again if needed.

Did an absolutely FANTASTIC job!!!  And I have an embarrassing amount of pet stains throughout!  I would definitely have Dalworth out again!

Beautiful job and Chris was very professional explaining every step as he went along.  Job well cone!!!  I was a bit shocked at the price of this service but it is the first I have had my carpet stretched.

showed up, spent several hours cleaning. Carpets looked much better! paid him; he left.

Arrived right on time and went over what was needed and started on the job.  Finished in no time.  And carpet looks like new.

Tech did the following:
1) He did NOT wear protection over his sneakers as shows/stated online.  Thus, tracking mud all over my tile floor of which I had to mop (twice) AND he walked over the freshly cleaned carpet with his dirty shoes.  Even after vacuuming it I can still see his footprints.
2) He did NOT pre-vacuum even though it was a part of the premium service. 
3) He did NOT deodorize the carpet even though we paid for the pet service. 
4) He barely spent time on the actual carpet.  He fooled around with the couch/loveseat which weren't that bad anyway since we keep them covered all of the time.  You can still see the super clean spot where I used my small carpet shampooer several weeks before he arrived.  This tells me his professional work wasn't as good as my cheapie unit.
5) He did NOT use any fans to help facilitate the drying.  We had to wait 6 hours to be able to walk on the carpet, use restrooms, move furniture back.
I kept asking him questions throughout, but he had excuses as to why he wasn't doing this correctly.  I contacted their customer service desk, and they offered a $35 rebate. because he didn't use fans.  I'm sorry, but he didn't do a lot of things that adds up to more than $35.
Needless to say, unless their customer service pulls through - we will not be using them again.

My old cheap rug had been stored in a cabin in Colorado for 8 years. After moving back to Texas and not knowing what critters had been on or in it, I had Dalworth pick it up for cleaning at their plant, as I didn't want it cleaned on my hardwood floors.  When they delivered it, the rug looked fine and is now in my guest room. The only complaint was the cleaning cost more than the rug did when I bought it new!

Did a very good job making the dinginess go away.  Over all brightness returned to sofa.  Was dry after about 4 hours.
