diligently and at the end of the weekend I had nice clean carpets and a

"We originally pointed out that the dates for service and the amount charged, as stated by the client, were grossly inaccurate. After providing documentation showing that her amount charged was less than half that the client stated and the timing was off by more than a year Angie’s list changed the date and amount of work to reflect the accurate information as provided by Dalworth. A LOT of inaccuracies in this complaint. Job completed 9/4/10 NOT 1/2011. Client paid $302.00 plus $24.91 tax. NOT $650.00. This price included cleaning. This is NOT an antique NOR is it wool. It is quite simply a braided rug. It was separated (braids coming apart in at least 21 places (I am providing pictures). It is maddening to know that people can simply "make things up" (and by the way OVER 2 years later) with NO accountability for them to provide ANY shred of proof. As I said I am scanning the pictures to my rep and I would like to have this review removed due to GROSS inaccuracies and misrepresentation of facts."
I was told a 12n-2p time window, and 1 hour past their window I called and told them not to bother coming. If they can't show up on time, how can I expect a quality job? The driver shows up anyway 10 minutes after I canceled the visit. They tried their best to back-pedal and offer me extra discounts 10-15%, etc, but I'm not interested.
I will not call them again. I went with another company (OxyMagic) who was cheaper and just completed a stellar job. My carpets smell & look like new again (14 years old).
"What he states is absolutely true. I have written him a letter and offered a $200 gift certificate to try us again. Our technician was notified in plenty of time but we aren't sure why he didn't show up within the specified time frame."
"I request that this review be removed. We record all of the calls coming in to our company. I find no calls (from the beginning of December though January 12th of this year) that correspond with the only phone number I could find online-817-466-3940. That phone number is listed to Member at the address she provided. Unless she called from a different number or the number shown is no longer valid I find NO RECORD of her call. If she can provide a phone number that she called from and I do find the call, and I agree with her subjective opinion of how she was treated I will do everything I can to make things right with her. But until then I REQUEST THE REVIEW BE REMOVED PENDING VERIFICATION THAT SHE EVEN CALLED DALWORTH CLEAN."
