Dalworth Clean

We scheduled our appointment online and they showed-up exactly on time.  I was surprised that there was no e-mail or phone call confirmation.  I showed them the areas to be cleaned, pointed out some spots that needed extra attention, and they got to work.
They were friendly and did a great job.
I think the price is a little high, but I know what I'm getting when I use Dalworth.

The grout is not all the same color. They ran out of the existing tile and put down tile that did not match. We had to go through everything imaginable to get the right tile back. There was a lot of dust and I had to have a cleaning lady come in 3 different times to have it all cleaned up. They were nice men, but the service was not professional service.

I spoke with a customer service rep to schedule a carpet cleaning for our house, including an area rug and sofa. The young lady was very helpful and stated there was a minimum charge of $99.95 for three rooms. I informed her that I only had a moderately sized master bedroom to have done, but wanted to also have an area rug done also. She stated since I was going to have that done then the MB charge would be $44.00. I said that's fine and scheduled an appointment.

Today, the service rep showed up within the two hour window, was very professional and informative on how he was going to clean the carpet. He call back to his office to verify the job pricing, and he said to do he MB would be $52.00. I informed him of the pricing I was quoted over the phone , and he called his dispatcher again, this time they came back with a price of $99.00 because of not meeting the minimum number of rooms. Bottom line, after several minutes of trying to convince the customer service rep of what I was told, she refused to meet the pricing, even after I agreed to have our area rug cleaned by their restoration department.

Dalworth Clean will not get my business in the future. The biggest and best wasn't in this case. They let a dissatisfied customer get away....

Just moved into new home they were outstanding, in a day that nothing was going right.  They did not turn on the Electrical Power on time the guy from Dalworth was the bright spot, he was on time and did an outstanding job!

The professionalism was an A+!! Oscar and Marcella arrived sharply dressed, smiling, very professional. They went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. We purchased a new home and had the carpet cleaned. It smelled great! (I would highly recommend the scent that they offer when they are done--very fresh). They can check to see if an animal has had an accident with their equipment (dogs and cats were previously at the house). I would feel comfortable having them clean even if I was gone--trustworthy, thorough people who take pride in their work. The carpet looks great!

Great experience!  They showed up on time as promised and honored the phone estimate for the job, including the Angie's List discount.  Professional and efficient; straightforward estimate; performed the job as promised and met expectations. Will use them again without hesitation in the future and will recommend their services to friends.

I thought Dalworth Clean did a good job.  They showed up on time and they were polite.  My overall experience was good and I would use them again.  Their price seemed fair.

Every time it is a different person that comes out to do the work.  They were friendly, professional and they did the work in a timely manner.

I called Dalworth fine floors to install tile in my
bathroom because I had a very good experience when I had my carpets
cleaned. When the salesmen came out I was very pleased with the price
quoted.

There were several hiccups after the install was complete that I had concerns about. I was promptly contacted the next day by the general manager who is addressing all of my concerns and making things right.

I have changed my rating to an overall "A" becuase things can and sometimes do go wrong but the true measure of a company is what they will do to make it right. And Dalworth is going out of their way to make it right.

I will recommend Dalworth to my friends and neighbors.

We had the carpets cleaned throughout the house. They did an excellent job. They were careful when moving out things and were very detailed in their work. It was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely use them again.

This is our first experience with Dalworth. Our Technicians were fabulous!  Michael S. & Dalton P. should be commended for their courteous attitude and professionalism (we will ask for them again). We were very satisfied with Dalworth and will continue to use their services in the future. Best Carpet Cleaners around.  We have never had such clean, deodorized carpets from any other service.

They did a clean and good work. They went over and did things to try and satisfy me and that was good.

The Gary & Kathy Taylor are a fantastic team! I use them routinely and they always do a thorough job. They are extremely pleasant and personable.  Great service - fast and efficient.

Excellent workmanship and service

The workers were very professional and made sure I was informed of each step they took.

,After the initial cleaning we observed crud along the baseboards in a couple of rooms and a noticeable lack of deodorizing so we called to have them come back. Dalworth has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee - and they really mean it. The scheduler didn't question or argue with us, she simply made an appointment for the next convenient time (the following day). The team arrived on time and explained what they were going to do (again) and went about getting it done. They are professionals so its understandable that they were a little defensive at first about having to re-do a job. But they didn't cop an attitude, they were professional and courteous.

I find Dalworth to be very dependable and can count on them to do a great job with cleaning my carpet. This was the first time I also had them clean my tile and grout and it was amazing!! I hadn't ever realized how dirty the grout was until it was cleaned. I highly recommend their service.
