Professional, did not rush the job, it was done right.

We only used them once. They did their work fine.

I used Them 4 months ago. They were excellent and punctual. I like the people and the result of what they were doing. I would hire them again.

From the time I called Dalworth Clean to completion of the work, everyone I talked to was very professional, nice and they completed the work in a timely manner.
It was a great experience and Chris was on time, explained everything that was going to be done.  We had also requested the grout be sealed and Chris provided us the cost to do that and also showed us the sealant he was applying.  Chris also provided us suggestions as to how to keep our grout 'like new' in between treatments (which he said the sealant had a guarantee of 3-5 years.  We have light colored grout and they look amazing now.
Highly recommend Dalworth Clean would definetly use them for taking care of our hardware floors!

It was a nightmare, the provider completely tore apart my toilet plumbing, he must have got his machine stuck under the toilet and just pulled it out,  forcing me to hire a plumber and pay an additional $900 for repairs. 
When I contacted company was told they'd send a rep out and low and behold who did the send? the guy who did the damage.
I would highly recommend you run not walk away from this company, as the man who did the damage said, "oh that happens all the time" the plumber said otherwise! The plumber said the damage was avoidable but apparently Dalworth doesn't care.

Everything went well with them. They were good.

We scheduled our appointment online and they showed-up exactly on time.  I was surprised that there was no e-mail or phone call confirmation.  I showed them the areas to be cleaned, pointed out some spots that needed extra attention, and they got to work.
They were friendly and did a great job.
I think the price is a little high, but I know what I'm getting when I use Dalworth.

The grout is not all the same color. They ran out of the existing tile and put down tile that did not match. We had to go through everything imaginable to get the right tile back. There was a lot of dust and I had to have a cleaning lady come in 3 different times to have it all cleaned up. They were nice men, but the service was not professional service.

Just moved into new home they were outstanding, in a day that nothing was going right.  They did not turn on the Electrical Power on time the guy from Dalworth was the bright spot, he was on time and did an outstanding job!

The professionalism was an A+!! Oscar and Marcella arrived sharply dressed, smiling, very professional. They went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. We purchased a new home and had the carpet cleaned. It smelled great! (I would highly recommend the scent that they offer when they are done--very fresh). They can check to see if an animal has had an accident with their equipment (dogs and cats were previously at the house). I would feel comfortable having them clean even if I was gone--trustworthy, thorough people who take pride in their work. The carpet looks great!

Will use them again without hesitation in the future and will recommend their services to friends.

I thought Dalworth Clean did a good job.  They showed up on time and they were polite.  My overall experience was good and I would use them again.  Their price seemed fair.

Every time it is a different person that comes out to do the work.  They were friendly, professional and they did the work in a timely manner.

I called Dalworth fine floors to install tile in my
bathroom because I had a very good experience when I had my carpets
cleaned. When the salesmen came out I was very pleased with the price
quoted.

There were several hiccups after the install was complete that I had concerns about. I was promptly contacted the next day by the general manager who is addressing all of my concerns and making things right.

I have changed my rating to an overall "A" becuase things can and sometimes do go wrong but the true measure of a company is what they will do to make it right. And Dalworth is going out of their way to make it right.

I will recommend Dalworth to my friends and neighbors.
