I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of their call center in making the appointment.   They arrived on time, and were very nice.  Both men removed shoes and worked quietly as I work out of my home.   Best experience in having my carpet cleaned.

I did use them; they were good, just not as good as the other company that I used. I get my carpets cleaned every three or four months. They did more and did use Scotch Guard. I just was not as pleased with them. I would not use them again because I liked the other company better. They were not bad.

He came right on time and  prepped the floors for cleaning by vacuuming and moving the furniture if not too heavy. He worked his way through each room, vacuuming first and then cleaning. He put some fans out to help with drying.

Would use their services without hesitation.  The sales person, Ed White, was more than accommodating and provided excellent service in choosing the best carpeting for our situation.  We love it and it comes with a stain and spot removal service as well which will make their company stand out above all other companies.  The installation people were very personable and completed the work in a short amount of time.  We have used another company in the past but was really impressed with Dalworth for carpeting.

They did a great job cleaning the carpet and scheduling the appointment but when the technician left , he left dirt from the vacuum cleaners on my sidewalk and street.

They work turned out amazing. I like that the workers were local. They were very kind, respectful, and friendly. They also treated my vehicle that my son spilled Kool-Aid in. Really, I did not think the carpets would come out looking clean.  They look great and the guy went the extra mile  and did the closet which I didn't expect. I thought they might be a bit higher in price than some, but I got the results I wanted, on time.  I'll use them again, and recommend them to friends.

Booked on-line and requested the person with Dalworth that had cleaned our carpets for the last 8 years.  He was no longer with the company.  :(  We did allow them to schedule us with someone else.  I had to call and reschedule because construction was not complete on our house.  They were very friendly and accomodating and rescheduled according to our schedule, which was very nice.  The gentleman showed up a little early, extremely nice and very presentable.  He cleaned the upstairs first - 3 bedrooms, a hall, and two large playrooms.  He cleaned the back stairs, front stairs, and then the downstairs - 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms.  The carpet was new in 2011 and has been very well maintained.  The purpose of the cleaning was the kids tracked mud up the back stairs and into the playroom AND the house was just under construction for 4 months, so we wanted everything clean and back to new condition.
The mud stains were not even removed with the cleaning.  When the carpet was wet and combed, you could not see the stains.  When it dried, they were back.  It should be super simple to remove common mud from a carpet, yet it was still there.  Further, there was a small amount of vomit that I had cleaned but you could still see an outline.  Still there.
I guess I will have to find another carpet cleaner after 8 years.

They actually arrived early.  Originally we were going to clean a mattress and a pillow top on a waterbed but after examining the pillow top they advised just washing it in a washing machine rather than have them clean it.  The mattress looked like new once the cleaning was completed.

With exception of the upstairs carpets ( which were cleaned well), the end product was very disappointing. July 18/2013: After introducing himself, the first statement from Bobby G was that the tile was very soiled that it may not clean up very well. The tile was clean, the grout was soiled, but I had been successful in cleaning sections of it ( just decided to hire a professional to complete the job). Then Bobby, during the first hour, proceeded to make and receive several personal cell phone calls. After I complained to the Dalworth office , work continued. About 4-5 hours late, he was finished. The grout in all but the master bed and bathroom ( which previously had been all tan to brown) was now a variety of colors making it look like portions of it were soiled. The grout in the master bedroom and bathroom appeared just as it did prior to the arrival of the tech. The white base boards were now splashed with some sort of brown substance and looked filthy. 7/22/2014: I received an email from Dalworth with a request to complete a customer survey because my opinion really counts. I completed the survey promptly the next day relating the situation noted above. My realtor suggested that I get the grout cleaned as he too was noting that the grout did not appear to be cleaned. I called another vendor, arrived that day and cleaned the grout in the entire house that week. The tile and grout looked as it it had just been installed. On 7/31 I received a voice mail from Dalworth (Kirsten) regarding my responses and a request to call her back. Due to moving activities, I did not call her back until 8/5, left a vm, and then actually spoke to her on 8/6. At first I was told that as the 10 day satisfaction timeframe for the economy level service had expired, nothing would be done in response to my responses on the survey. When I noted the I provided a response well within the 10 day timeframe, I was then offered a $300 gift certificate for future service. When I emphasized that I had no desire to use Dalworth again, I was then offered a refund for the master bedroom and bathroom only( $205). Apparently, the time, effort, and frustration of having to get on my knees to wipe the dirt off all of the base boards ( and cabinets and refrigerator) in all of the rooms downstairs ( cleaning up after the tile cleaner!) holds no value to Dalworth. Will never use them again.

Dalworth persons showed up in the time allotment they gave me for being here.  They introduced themselves and went over what I wanted done.  Then they proceeded to do just what I wanted done.  Since my carpet had not been professionally cleaned in over 6 years, it was pretty dirty.  The gentleman cleaning the carpet went over it twice as well as moving the couches and cleaning under them.  The Dalworth persons were knowledgeable and professional.  And the carpet looks great. I will definitely be using them again.

The scheduler was some lady who asked me every question on earth (name, address, phone number, city, state, zipcode) to tell me they don't have any appointments. Clearly all the information she collected was for marketing purposes. I wouldn't be surprised if my mailbox is full with Dalworth coupons. I wouldn't recommend this company in future.

"The information asked for was asked for because that is how we schedule appointments-by identifying appointments close to where other appointments may take place. If we can schedule appointments close to other appointments we save: gas emissions (good for environment)-drive time (good for technician AND environment)-and delays between appointments (good for the client-less waiting). Client was wary (I listened to the call) and not trusting of the agent's questions even when she explained why she wanted the info. I will work with her on better communicating why we want that information but the client sounded like he didn't trust her from the start. (AND THAT SHOWS IN HIS COMMENT)."

When I called to schedule I was told that for the amount I was quoted the previously listed services would be performed.  It was also implied that more than one individual would show up to perform the work.  The morning of the cleaning only one person came at the very end of the arrival time window.  I also want to mention that this person showed up in an unmarked, plain white van, that did not bear the Dalworth name or Logo, which I thought was odd.  The young man was polite and set to work immediately.  When I asked him where the rest of his crew was, he said that he was it.  Puzzled I questioned him about the fact that he was alone.  I was curious how he was going to move my furniture by himself.  He stated that he would only be moving small items that were less than 65 lbs.  I told him that this was NOT indicated to me during the scheduling process.  I also asked him how long it would take to complete the work.  He stated that it would be about 2 hours; something that I was also confused by, since he was by himself.  While he cleaned the carpets, I worked on the computer and did not follow him around.  After he finished I checked his work.  Immediately I realized several things were wrong.  First, he did not move the furniture, even the things that I was able to move BY MYSELF.  Second he did not vacuum prior to cleaning.  Third he did not clean the edges, corners, or behind the doors (they were bone dry).  I had him go over several spots before he left that I didn't feel were done as well as they could be.  He was very polite, and went over the places that I asked him to go over, and they did look better.  When he was finished he asked for payment.  I paid him, but with reservation, and indicated that I would be calling the main office.  He was not argumentative, still polite.  I also asked about the fans, to which he responded that most of the carpets were nearly dry already and they wouldn't be necessary.  This was not true, since it took approximately 24 hours for the carpets to completely dry. (When I scheduled they said that it would take no more than 6-8 without the fans.)  Once the young man had left I noticed that wall had been damaged by the hose and would need to be repainted. Additionally, I noticed a piece of crumpled paper and a candy wrapper under two pieces of furniture in my living room.  (Two pieces that could have and should have been moved easily)  I called the main office and shared with them my concerns.  They passed my concerns on to a manager who offered to have someone return to re-do the work to my satisfaction.  Unfortunately due to scheduling issues (mine, not their's) that was not possible.  They did, however, extend a 50% discount on the service provided and offered to pay for the repainting of my wall.  So I ended up paying $300 in total for the service.  The customer service on the back end of my experience was good, but I don't know if I would use them again considering all that happened.

The measure of a company is NOT if it makes a mistake-we ALL do. The TRUE measure of a company is how it resolves the issue. As she states the customer service was good (although I believe it was better than that since we offered to re-do the ENTIRE job -due to her schedule she could not- and refunded 50% of the job.) I believe we did the right, ethical and fair thing."

They were timely.  They were professional.  They did their best to get rid of some of the pet stains we had in some of the carpets and they did a pretty good job on most of them.  They were efficient; they got in, and got it cleaned in a reasonable amount of time.
