Overall cleaning was excellent. I paid for the standard service which was supposed to include pre-vacuuming and drying fans but the technician did not do either of those things. I called the company after the cleaning and they gladly refunded me the difference between the standard and economy service which is basically what we received. Dalworth's excellent customer service certainly made up for what could have been a negative experience. Would recommend for future carpet cleaning service.

Dalworth Carpet Cleaning did a horrible job on our carpets. When we called them for the first time, they were really nice and said they were going to do such a good job. They told me it would be about $300.00. My husband then told me to call them back, because we had the Big Deal price of $99.00. So I called them back, and they didn't seem as friendly as when they thought they were charging us three times as much. It was like they lost interest. They ended up doing a horrible job and it stayed wet for two days, which is not what they said would happen. I could have rented a cleaner at my grocery store for a lot less and would have done as good of a job, if not better. It's kind of silly to pay that price for a quote-unquote "professional," and have the work turn out that bad.

I have used Dalworth many times and Derek Rawls has been the technician for the last 3 times.  I scheduled the service on line.  Derek arrived within the expected window of time.  I have dogs, so Derek's job was cut out for him.  I had him move furniture to clean baseboards etc.  He had cleaned the tile in the kitchen before and it was a dramatic improvement so decided to have all the tile cleaned this time.  I have some original tile in one of the bathrooms (my house is 60 years old).  He said he was not sure if he could get the grout to its original white.  It turned out great - the grout is perfectly white.  This was a much better result than when I tried to clean it with a toothbrush and grout cleaner.

Derek is always very professional and thorough.  He had me check everything to make sure I was satisfied.  He answered some questions I had regarding replacement carpet.  I will definitely use him again.

The service was good. They did charge extra because 2 of the rooms were too big. The scheduling was good. The technician was really good and only one person came and cleaned the carpet.

No extractor was needed. Checked on the progress and were very responsive and professional.

The carpet dried in a day. They are expensive and not that exceptional. They were double the cost of another service provider we’ve hired since that did equal quality of work.

Professional and cheerful.  Helped re-glue some tiles that were loose in the shower area.  I was very pleased with the quality of work, especially getting this done right before the Holidays.

The estimate process did not begin in a way I thought was going to work. The poor salesman had to carry samples up a long flight of stairs and his initial guesses as to what I'd like were way off base. However, on his third trip, he got it right. The measuring and price estimate went well and he was able to answer the many questions I had. The installers came on time, but did not have the equipment I'd requested to protect my wood floor. However, they promptly went to the store and got the materials needed and did a great job of protecting my home from any damage from the installation. They were pleasant and efficient. Dalworth was always accessible by phone in case I had a concern or problem. I never did. Near the end of the job it was clear not enough carpeting had been ordered. Since one was a pattern the installer had been very conservative in ensuring a perfect match and more carpet was needed than had been thought. Not sure why the other shortage happened. Waiting for the carpet to be replenished extended the job by a couple of days. But even that wasn't a big inconvenience. There were a couple of areas on the stairs I wanted re-done and that was not a problem. The job is beautiful. The installers moved every bit of furniture with extraordinary care and replaced it without a hitch.

Dalworth was prompt, courteous, and friendly.  They took our 3 x 5' rug back to their facility to clean it.  We have had this rug since the late 1970s and it is beautiful and has moved with us over the years.  It had never been cleaned before and had several soiled spots from being so well loved.  
 Dalworth returned the rug and it looks fantastic -- the spots are gone and the colors look vivid again.  We are very pleased and would use Dalworth again for our large Asian rugs.

When they arrived, it became VERY clear that this team did not want to do anything other than the cleaning. They made every excuse in the book to get out of the stretching and even told me that they had another job to go to and would have to come back to stretch the carpet. The estimate was SUPER HIGH. I have had it evaluated by another company and the estimate is approx. half of Dalworth's. I feel like this company wants to come in, do the cleaning, do nothing more than the cleaning and get out as quickly as possible. In fact they missed two areas that I had requested to be cleaned and they wanted to just credit the amount per area back to me. I insisted on them cleaning the areas which they eventually did - grudgingly. |Will not recommend them or use them again.

They did a good job. The floors are excellent. The carpet cleaning took 2-3 hours and the flooring installation took 1 1/2 days. Ed White was my contact at the store. Doug installed my floor and he had 2 team members with him.
