They were good and they did their job. I have used them a few times now. I had no problems with them. They got the job done in about one hour.

They were on time.  We asked for carpet cleaning and possible stretching, depending on the estimate.  There was some discussion to clarify what areas would be done in regards to stretching.  There is a one year warranty on the stretching.  We were told that because the quality of the carpet was so high, the stretching may need to be done again before it needed to be replaced.  We had vacuumed ourselves and moved small furnishings, and our king bed before their arrival.  
The employees came in an unmarked truck, but wore uniforms.  They were friendly, helpful, professional.  The work took several hours, but was well done.  They worked very h****** spot removal, and were successful on some stains I thought were a lost cause.  I would recommend them to my friends.

For carpet cleaning, I used Dalworth Clean. I have used them before. The service was good. They did a good job. I have used them before and that's why I called them back. They are very fast, friendly and polite. I thought that the cost was too high.

The team arrived on time and were very professional in their interactions.  They took great care to ensure furniture was moved and replaced on blocks when they were done.  They were very communicative regarding what they were doing, how they were handling the "tough" spots and what we could do in the future to help protect our carpet.  They were very thorough and completed the job very quickly.  I'd happily recommend this company/team again!

  Two guys, at one point I found them literally giggling and slapping at each other as one replaced a large intake vent at floor level in the front bedroom. When they left, I found where they had dropped a ceiling vent and gouged the floor. Didn't say a word. Also they said they would show me the camera pictures from inside the ducts and they just came to me when everything was put away.

Not impressed. I got the distinct feeling that they were in a hurry to leave.  I didn't understand until later.  Also, the vents had only been dusted as they handled them.  Not really cleaned.

The technician Tracy was very good. He was very considerate and very thorough. Dalworth does cost  a bit more than some others but I have used them twice now and they have done an excellent job. I highly recommend.

I request the service time that we get each time, and I feel that he is the owner of his own truck, I am not sure if they are agents, or if they are actual owners of the truck, although it says Dalworth on it. The technician I use is Jared. He is always very helpful. He is one of those guys that will go the extra mile for you. I had a stain that the dog had chewed an ink pen and I had ink on my carpet. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, and he worked on it. It is not completely gone, but it is 98% better. I can live with that. Their price is pretty competitive.

Went great. Showed up on time and professional. Did a great job cleaning carpets. They deodorized which got the carpets smelling better after my dog opens up the doors and p***** in my children's room. The only complaint I have is after the second day the smell came back. They were supposed to guarantee it according to the person that sold it to me, but on the invoice they wrote no guarantee.

I liked the fact that you can go online and schedule an appointment and they give you several windows to choose from and when I submitted it, I got a call the very next day. It was consistent communication. He didn't charge me for the wine stains he couldn't get out.

They did a great job!   They were very professional, showed up before they were supposed to and the tech was very organized and very efficient.  There was no inconvenience to me at all.  They moved all of the furniture and made sure none of it got wet.  The job took about 6 hours start to finish.  I would definitely use them again in the future. 

I have used them before. I did not get it off of Angie's List. When I first moved in here, I found them. The quality of their work and professionalism was great. With regard to responsiveness, there was no problem; it was good.

I just thought they were very helpful with everything and very punctual. The rugs and carpet were in bad condition however after the job was completed they almost look brand new.

They supposed to be here between 11-1 and showed up at 10:30 and were totally ready.  They moved everything and vacuumed really nice.   They did a bang up job and busted their butt.  I've had a few carpets cleaned in my day and they are defiantly the best.  I would highly recommend them and on a scale of 1 - 10 I give them a 20!
