Good except when arrived they said it needed a deeper cleaning and it would be $35 more. Which wAs fine except they didn’t say that extra charge was per area. So $70 more. But they did a good job. However I never received a follow up survey as they said I would.

Showed up on time, very professional, and did a great job. I was very happy with the results, but it seemed expensive. I typically rent a Rug Doctor and do it myself, so maybe I just don't have a clue what a reasonable price is. It seemed expensive, or I'd definitely hire them again.

I had to have them come back out. They had promised me if I upgraded in their cleaning solution that it would get some stains out of my couch and it did not. I had to call them back out. It took 2 people a couple of hours.

When the worker arrived he looked very neat and professional in a uniform with the company's name visible. He was sure they could remove the stain and repair the rip and they did. They returned the rug within a week.

Dalworth office was very responsive in finding a good date for service. The technicians were exceptional.
