The employees came in an unmarked truck, but wore uniforms. They were friendly, helpful, professional. The work took several hours, but was well done. They worked very h****** spot removal, and were successful on some stains I thought were a lost cause. I would recommend them to my friends.
Two guys, at one point I found them literally giggling and slapping at each other as one replaced a large intake vent at floor level in the front bedroom. When they left, I found where they had dropped a ceiling vent and gouged the floor. Didn't say a word. Also they said they would show me the camera pictures from inside the ducts and they just came to me when everything was put away.
Not impressed. I got the distinct feeling that they were in a hurry to leave. I didn't understand until later. Also, the vents had only been dusted as they handled them. Not really cleaned.
