Very impressed with this company! The manager spent time with me on the phone discussing recommended care for my rug. There was no hidden agenda or push for more services. In fact, he realistically advised me not to put a lot of money into the rug and to do a basic cleaning. I appreciated his candor and interest.
The rug was removed and replaced very professionally but courteous and careful people. Great job of cleaning an old, thread bare rug.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

It went well. Bobby was friendly and knowledgable. He worked quickly and got the carpet clean. The carpet did take a bit more than 4 hours to dry completely, so we waited 'til the next day to move all the furniture back. Some of the doggy oops smell has returned, but Bobby warned us that might happen and left a little extra spray to spot treat future accidents. I understand that the pet smells are tough to treat and I can't realistically expect them to be totally gone after 1 express cleaning.

I had a wool area rug that had been taken by another company for cleaning, kept over 9 weeks, and returned damp, stained from mildew and smelling horribly. I called Dalworth and explained the entire situation. They said they would send 2 people over to get the rug, and that these 2 people would be able to give me an idea of if it could be salvaged. They guys showed up exactly at the scheduled time (which was only 1 day after I called). They both said they thought the rug could be much improved but that if Dalworth was actually unable to get out the stain or smell - they would return it at no charge. Before they left with the rug, they scheduled the return drop off time for 1 week later. So at the end of the week, they showed up exactly on time again (same 2 guys), helped me put the rug back in place and replace furniture (it's quite a large rug so it can't actually be moved by just 1 person and they were very helpful). The rug had no odor to it whatsoever and the color was almost like new. The edge that the other company had stained the worst still had a slightly darker color visible only in direct light. I was so thrilled with this improvement that I happily paid the pre-agreed upon price for the cleaning even though it was a pretty steep price. They Dalworth guys were VERY worried that the slight remaining discoloration meant they hadn't cleaned it fully and were amazingly willing to either clean it again or not take my payment. I was so happy about the improvement I insisted they take it. I would use this company again and again. Next time I need this rug cleaned - they will be the first I call. SO worth it!

This was an "Angie Special"... $200 worth of service for $100. I have had these carpets shampooed many times before using Stanley Steemer and their coupons and was eager to try Dalworth because I have heard wonderful things about Dalworth. With the "Angie Special", the Dalworth Premium price was a skiff higher than the Stanley Steemer price,
Dalworth did a fine job. They arrived on time, spot-cleaned, shampooed, deodorized and raked the carpets and even put some fans on them for about 30-minutes to help the carpets dry. First time for fans to dry these carpets... I suppose the carpets enjoyed it, but in terms of total drying time, 30-minutes of fans did not make much of a difference.
In terms of comparisons, I could not perceive a material difference between the two companies, even with Dalworth Premium service. I would be equally happy with either company in the future.
