Dalworth always provides convenient, effective service.  They worked hard to accommodate my timeframe, which was much appreciated. Technicians are always polite, careful with furnishings, and straight forward about their services and what my expectations should be.  A very good value.

Can't say enough good about the service and communication with the Sales Rep, Dispatcher and crew. Having purchased a home in the Area but still out of town Dalworth arranged to come in, make assessment and provided the cleaning and treatment options that best fit my needs.  Can't recommend them highly enough and definitely plan on continue using and recommending them.

Called the day before and scheduled a cleaning the next day. I used a coupon offered on angieslist to get the deal. Only issue was I requested a phone call when they were coming which I didn't receive but I was at the property anyway so not a big deal.

The provider was punctual and very professional.  Service was rendered in the expected fashion.

Purchased a clean 3 room deal for $115. Provider arrived 40 minutes late outside a 2 hour window.  SHowed the technician where we wanted clean - 2 bedroom traffic areas only (less than half of each room), and a haltway (36" x 12 Foot).  ASked the tech to clean the traffic area for the closet (30" x 4 foot) and the technician wanted to charge an ADDITIONAL $30 for the closet.  This house is less than 6 months old.
First off, they aren't cleaning the entire room for either of the 2 rooms in the "3 Room Deal", less than half.  Secondly, charging $30 for an area that is less than 12 square feet is preposterous.  Lastly, when I purchase a deal for service, I should not be dinged for tax on top of it.  The price is the price - just not with Dalworth.
There are literally 100's of carpet cleaning services in the Metroplex.  Save yourself some grief and call anyone else, unless you want to be scammed.

Rug was picked up during time specified and returned on date and time specified.  Everyone we talked to was helpful, friendly and professional.

FROM  THE MINUTE THE HOUSE THEY SPOKE A FOREIGN LANGUAGE ALL DAY. W  I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH FOREIGN SPOKEN LANGUAGES, BUT NOT ALL DAY WHEN YOU ARE PERFORMING A PAID SERVICE FROM YOU.

He did a good job cleaning it, but it seemed that perhaps not all of the cleanser was removed.  The fabric seemed stiff after it dried and it took longer to dry than I had been expecting.  I don't know what to attribute this problem to. Dalworth did call to check on the cleaning and I told them about it, but I didn't want them to come back and try to remedy the situation because I was afraid they might make it worse.

Good good job on cleaning; offered some advise on 'spot cleaning'. Very nice and professional.

Overall, the work was good. Prior experiences were a bit more positive. Some spots were missed but the nature of the stain could have been the issue. Still, prior cleaning crews seem to have been more effective.

First, I called and scheduled service and was quoted $192. Sounded high for 4 small rooms and a hall but I've used Dalworth many times in the past homes I've owned so I scheduled. I started to look online at prices and saw that the online system quoted me a 4 room discount at $165. I contacted the rep and she applied the discount to my total. Great...but it would be nice to know that I could call in and get the best price possible the first time without having to search the website for current offers. 
I was very pleased that the dispatch team was able to squeeze us in the same day, as my toddler had pottied on the floor and I wanted to get it up asap. There was poop on the carpet and a small spot on the rug. They quoted me a price to spot clean the rug and I agreed. The carpet stain is pretty much gone but the rug looks AWFUL! It is so much worse than before! They packed up the equipment before asking me to go upstairs or inspect any of the work. George told me that the rug spot got a little lighter but he didn't have the right cleaner to really get it and I'd need to send it in for service. I'm thinking okay, well at least it's a little better and didn't bother to go upstairs immediately since the floors were wet. Later, when I went up to check it I was very upset with the result. Not only was the spot worse but they didn't move the rug to clean the carpet...just the small perimeter around it. I wanted the room cleaned - not just a strip of it. I left the rug there to look at the spot but assumed they'd move it after the spot treatment. It's only 5x8, I can easily move it myself.  My biggest annoyance here is that I feel like they hurried out without telling me to okay the work because of how they rug looked. I got a follow up email the day after service saying Dalworth really cares and wants me to be completely satisfied with the work.  I replied to the email with the info above and pictures, and filled out the survey showing my dissatisfaction...that was 16 days ago and I haven't heard from anyone at Dalworth.  I don't think they 'really care' about anything at all. 

It went better than I expected.

Horrible. Won't ever use again. Double charged me after paying through Angie's list.

I called Dalworth requesting ASAP service for a pet smell in one room of my home that another company was not able to clean after three attempts.  This was a last resort before replacing the carpet.  They sent Joe to conduct an estimate that same morning, and not only did he give me an estimate, but he cleaned the area on the spot, and did an amazingly thorough job.  He resolved the issue within an hour of arriving at my home and for a very reasonable price.  I would highly recommend Dalworth for this type of carpet cleaning, they did an excellent job.

Excellent job, as usual. Will continue using their services.
