After calling several IT firms for help we were getting a bit discouraged at the incredibly high prices for just a service call and no one seemed able to come until the next day. Then the office next door recommended CTC IT Support; we called them and they sent Chad out that afternoon to look things over. Chad is a real pro and a nice guy to boot. He fixed the server, checked everything over, made some security suggestions and charged us about half what I had expected. When your system goes down you quickly realize that you need service. CTC had a real sense of urgency that meant a lot to us. Great outfit, recommend them highly.
