Description of Work: Paul and Orlando installed our new outside A/C unit today. We can't say enough about their Professionalism and Courtesy. Not to mention their very fine workmanship. Our new unit is at least 3 times quieter than our old unit. Great Job and Good price too. Thanks Complete Cool Air.

 + -1 moreThe upstairs AC unit went out over a Holiday weekend. I called to set an appointment and he said they could come that day if I would like. The downstairs unit was working fine and we were comfortable so I told him It wasn't urgent. He said he could be here first thing Monday morning. He arrived within the time frame he said he would and was quick to figure out what was wrong. He was super honest about what was wrong and the cost involved to fix it. We have used these guys before and will continue to use them. They never try to talk us into more service than we need to "upsell" us. If you are looking for an honest and reliable AC company this is it!

 + -1 moreWe have used Complete Cool Air in the past. Our house has 3 A/C units. All three have had to be replaced over the last six years. One of the big A/C companies had replaced two of the units (it was one of those that broke before the party). Complete Cool Air installed the third one a few years later and at a lower cost than the other two. Ever since then we have had Complete Cool Air do our annual service checks and any repairs. They are great. Very responsive.
Description of Work: Our air conditioning system failed a few hours before we were to have a party for 45 people at our home. Paul, the owner of Complete Cool Air, made time to come over and fix the problem. We had cool air blowing just as the first guests arrived.
