Very poor service. Asked them to send out a tech to re-programm the upper stop limit on my door after power outage at the house, just had other stuff and didn't want to mess with it. Tech was 2 hours late and then couldn't fix the door, said I needed a new circuit board. Knew that was BS and told him to leave without paying, he just was to dumb to figure out programming sequence. Was rude and asked me to never call them again, like I would use them again any way. Left me with a door that would not open or close, at least before he showed up it was usable, just didn't travel the last 2 inches on opening. Called office spoke to Bill (owner) who seemed to agree it was likely not the circuit board but didn't offer to send anyone else that he thought could fix the door. Re-programmed it myself in 10 minutes, works perfectly fine. Tech has no idea what he is doing and solution was to basically sell me a new opener.

Overall, their customer service was good, their price was fair, and the work was okay. The issues I had with the work were that they used nails when they should have used lag screws so I had to go back and fix that when the studs started pulling away.

I called the number in the phone book for a service tech to come to my home and give me an estimate to fix my garage door. He arrived on time and determined the problem, and fixed it with no charge.
