Owner had to come out several times to make "Corrections" with measurements and to get the Pony Wall Shower Door Frame and Door installed correctly.
In defense of the Owner initially, the Supplier provided a "not well built" Shower Door and Enclosure. I had a Pony Wall frame Glass initially that was 3/8 inch thick and a Shower Door Glass that was 1/4 inch thick.
I would expect an Owner of a Company would definitely pay more "Attention to Detail" and make sure everything was correct prior to coming to my House to install Pony Wall Shower enclosure.
When the contract was originally signed I asked for a Shower Door deflector that would drain the water directly back into the 36 inch square basin. Instead, he gave me one of those "Drip Rail" that drains water to the side of the Shower Door, which was not I what I wanted. He tried to pass that off on to me.
Instead, I had to go onto the Internet and Order for myself a "Shower Door Deflector" that I originally requested and it cost me an additional $ 35 out of my pocket.
This Owner tries to upsell the "Frameless" Shower enclosures instead of what a customer actually wants. Had I known I would have so much difficulty getting a Pony Wall Shower enclosure installed from this company, I would have gone with another Company.
