All Gone Services

They came out the same day I purchased the offer, and arrived on time. They were quick and they told us where we could find reasonably priced frames for the fireplace. I am pleased with the service and will probably use them again next year.

It went well. They were prompt and informative. Gave me some info on other things that needed to be looked at.

Very well except waiting they need to come back to refill bait boxes as they did not have bait with them

I wasn't home for either the inspection or the cleaning and the only down side to the service would have been if my grandmother wasn't available for the second appointment as I was informed that the inspection and cleaning would be done the same day but that wasn't the case and I wouldn't have been able to meet for a second appointment due to my job.

Julian and his assistant arrived on time.  They were very professional and friendly, and answered all my questions.  They removed their shoes and made sure to keep my house clean.  And they cleaned up after they finished.  Great experience.  I would highly recommend!

We did not get what we paid for - not even close. The technician came out and did remove some lint, but after a couple of hours he was still unable to get any airflow through the vent - it was still at 0 when he left. He called Rolando, his boss and the owner of the company, who came out later that afternoon to take a look. He looked around at the layout of my laundry room and the vent line and went into the attic and looked at the vent output on the roof (did not go on the roof, only looked at it from the ground) and suggested that the line was "probably" still blocked at the point in the line where there is a 90-degree turn and said that they would not be able to clean it. He then suggested that I redirect the vent line into my garage (which is on the other side of the wall from my laundry room). Basically, he left my house just shrugging his shoulders and saying "sorry." I then called another company out who would be able to redirect the line if that, in fact, was what was needed. The technician said the line absolutely could be cleaned regardless of a 90-degree angle (pretty much all vent lines have such a turn), and right in front of me, he reached his hand up into the vent from the laundry room and pulled out a grapefruit-sized ball of lint during his initial visual inspection, when he looked into the pipe and saw lint (the attached photo shows just how much lint he pulled out this way, just with his hand and no equipment of any kind). When he was done with the full cleaning of the line, in about 20 minutes, the airflow was completely restored. I will note that only 2 days passed between when the All Gone tech came out and when I had the other company come out, and I did not run my dryer even once in that time, so the massive quantity of lint that the other company removed from my line to restore airflow is exactly what was still in the line when the All Gone tech "finished" his "cleaning." In addition to the complete failure of All Gone to competently clean my vent line, the technician from the other company noted that the cap on the exit of the line on the roof had not been reattached, and a "good storm" would have blown it right off. He also noted that the cap had a mesh cover on it to keep out critters, but such a mesh covering is not to code and is not appropriate because lint coming out of the vent can catch on it, and a very thin layer of lint on the mesh would quickly block the airflow - the All Gone tech either didn't know or didn't care about telling me the mesh, and he didn't reattach the cap properly. While the All Gone tech did remove some lint, we did not get what we paid for, and I honestly think we should be given a full refund of the Angie's List deal we bought, because the company did not actually do the job we paid them to do.

They came, sprayed around the area, as promised the bees were gone by the next day. They also removed some fire ants around the perimeter.

All Gone Services' service worked out really good. They're just very professional. They did a great job. The interaction with them worked out really good, it was really smooth. The work they did turned out great. They do a great job. They're very professional, prompt, just great job.

I bought a deal on Angie's List and was able to schedule an appt for the next day. The technician not only arrived on time, but he arrived EARLY (after calling to make sure this was OK)! He was professional and helpful. All services performed were exactly what was expected. He did not try to sell more services or push any unwanted or unnecessary services. Will definitely use them again for pest control needs.

I was very happy with the work.  They were on time and cleaned the chimney with out making a mess.  I had no cleanup to do.  I'm a very happy customer.

Rodney arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional.  He did a very thorough inspection of the chimney and made sure that he felt comfortable leaving us with a safe chimney.  The cleaning seemed to go well and he was very thorough on making sure that he didn't leave a mess.  He also looked at an HVAC vent while he was there to tell us whether we needed our HVAC ducts cleaned.  He was honest and told us that cleaning could improve the air quality but it wouldn't make a noticeable difference in our current complaints about our ducting (air pressure and flow). 

I will be using All Gone Services again in the near future for them to come out and clean my dryer vent.  Hopefully we can get Rodney to come out since he was so nice and thorough previously.
