I had called several contractors and none responded to my project. I called Home Advisor and they emailed me a list of irrigation contractors in my area. Gilbert, LLC was the first name on the list. I called Chris late Friday morning and he was at our house Friday afternoon. I just expected him to give me an estimate, but he started trouble-shooting the system and found no water source. He dug up and removed several broken suction pipe to the pump. He came back the following Monday and re-built the pump suction line. He had to repair all of the zones one-by one and got them all working. He finished the work, emailed my photos and gave me a detailed description on everything he had done. He charged a very fair price for all the work he had done. He told me he really likes the challenge of trouble-shooting an existing system to find the problems and fix them. He's the best contractor I've worked with and highly recommend him for your project.

Chris covered all that he was going to do and why. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. Chris and his guys did some extra things for me that I was unable to do because of my having arthritis. Not too many people I know would do this without charging extra. Chris stayed within my budget which was a plus. I will use this company again for all my sprinkler needs.

It's a lot of work! They were professional and kept me informed on all updates and material changes. Chris wont try to sell you more than you want or need. He will give all the facts and info and give suggestions. No pressure tactics. Compared prices from friends who had sprinklers installed by other companies and Chris is right in line (even cheaper than a couple folks). Time will tell how well it works and if they really stand behind their service.

Very professional, knowledgeable, on-time and would definitely use the service again. Sprinkler main had a leak at the elbow and one sprinkler head replaced. Since this is my first sprinkler service I have nothing to compare in pricing.
