The technician arrived on time and completed everything quickly. I have been using this company for a couple years and I have only had one problem when my appointment was changed and I wasn't notified. It took some time for them to update their information and not schedule me on a day when I work. Overall, I am very happy with the company. The people I have dealt with are always very nice and helpful.

On our last service call, no one was home. Rather than rescheduling the service, the technician dumped a large quantity of granular pesticide of unknown composition on our vegetable garden. This is outright vandalism, and we will not be using this provider again.

They come to our home quarterly for service, we have an service annual contract with them. If we have bugs and call them they will come out again for no additional charge. I think they have a good product, it is effective and keeps the bugs away.
Their customer service is not the best. I have had difficulties scheduling times for them to come out. They are based far from where I live and I think it is the distance that causes the problems.
When I signed up I did not realize I was signing a contract and I did not like that. I found out when I called once and found out I would have an early termination fee.
