I hired Andrew in good faith to take on a huge project. A complete remodel and addition to my home. So many things went wrong, I only can list a few of the major mistakes. The cost to repair these mistakes has gone beyond $30,000 to date at my expense. The foundation on the guest house was flawed. It has flooded numerous times. It has now been repaired by another contractor. Concrete laid for outdoor patios had no slope, water puddled every time it rained. Repaired by another contractor at my expense. Floors are bowed and have small "hills" all through the house. Very costly to repair, so I live with it. The list goes on. The communication was severely lacking and Andrew didn't bother to show up for the sight meetings with the architect, he had no idea of issues, and there were many. In the end, they left the job with many loose ends and unfinished details to never be heard from again. Andrew and his "project manager" Jeremey, were way out of their league on the project. Instead of stepping up and getting it done right, they both tucked tail and slithered off. Stick to repairing docks and pergolas and have enough sense to know when you're in over your head.

"Hi Martha, I hate that we weren't able to make you happy. We offered to come and address the issue with the foundation that your landscaper caused when he backfilled over the concrete at no additional charge, install a French drain at no additional charge, cut out two feet of sheetrock around the cottage at no additional charge, repair and replace at no additional charge. As for the other issues, this is the first we are hearing of them. We have tried to contact you multiple times to no avail. We would be glad to work with you to reach a solution. please contact our office at your earliest convenience. Thanks"

Byran and Andrew did everything in there power to make things right. The crew they sent out at first did not spray 6" as quoted but Bryan and Andrew came back on Sunday morning to get the job done to my satifaction

The person's who worked in my house were very nice and easy to talk to. They worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the work done. We definitely were! We hope to get them back to do the roof at a later time

They did a great job. They sprayed under the house, another bid I had received they would not spray under the house. This was the reason I choose Spraytastic. Brian was real helpful and answered all my questions.
