Structural Engineering
Engineering plans for our home were inadequate to prevent foundation problems. Our foundation began shifting and cracking in 2011, only 6 years after construction was completed. Had another engineering company evaluate our home for foundation problems. Per the plans provided by AGTM there were no piers located in the front of our home only at the back. Now the front section of our home has fallen and our foundation and walls are cracked. We now have to hire a foundation repair company to come and fix our home and our home is not even 10 years old.
