ROBERT'S CYCLE & SOUND

I took my 4 wheeler, that I had purchased from an individual, to Robert's Cycle & Sound in Emory, Tx for a tune up on Thursday February 9th. I was told it would cost between $60-80 and would be ready by the middle of the following week. I went in to check on the status on Wednesday the 15th and was told it was not ready, maybe by Friday. Back on Friday, told maybe Monday.Gave them till Wednesday, the 22nd before checking and still was not ready. Told me they had been really busy, had a back log and a long list. Finally, got a call on Saturday the 25th about 12:30 - it was ready to be picked up (they close at 2pm on Saturdays). We made a dash over to pick it up. They loaded it for us and rushed me out the door. The final bill was $98.29. I wanted to drive it and make sure I knew how to start it - this is my first 4 wheeler- no chance.We got it home, my husband had to push it out of the truck because it wouldn't start. It had the same starting and idling problem that it had before. After using starter fluid we finally got it going. My husband, who knows nothing about small engines, was able to adjust the carbarator so that it would start and run. I will not take anything to that business again. I will not recommend them to anyone.
