I had originally written a glowing review, but now feel that it was no longer accurate.  It wasn't until we moved in that we discovered that all of the sewer lines were damaged/disconnected under our house and not a single one actually reached our septic system.  This was an easily visible problem from the access panel.  In fact the inspector took a picture of the sewer line about a 6" away from the 2 foot gap in the large sewer line.  When contacted about the issues after closing they stated that because they had pointed out that an incoming water pipe had a leak ($125 to fix) they did not need to report the $6,000 worth of very obvious sewer line repairs.  I believe that they were speaking in terms of liability, but in any case they missed a HUGE safety, sanitation issue which was not discovered until after I had moved my children into our new home, that has raw sewage draining under it.  This is a very costly repair.  I in no way feel that I was treated as family or that they inspect each property like they themselves would be buying it as their website states.  They claim to have a 200% satisfaction guarantee but have not refunded even the $600 I paid for a totally lacking inspection.
The customer service was horrible in my opinion when this issue was brought to their attention.  Pointing out the leaking pipe we already knew about apparently precluded them from completing a simple visual inspection that the company promised and that we paid for.   I could not recommend this company to anyone.  Not properly completing the inspection they were hired to do may have been an oversight on their part, but the lack of respect, manners and customer service they showed when faced with the issue was a choice!
