Joshua treated my home and family members (even the furry ones) with respect, even though we were responsible for some of the damage he repaired. He is quiet but friendly, and communicated with me frequently about this job while it was in progress. He let me know how long it would take, when he would arrive, and what needed to be done. He was also willing to make repairs to the door itself in order to prevent future incidents, and cleaned the area carefully when he was done. He is conscientious, diligent and professional.

Mike Conley came to my home to provide an estimate. He was on time and professional as he measured the winows. He likes to chat so it does not take long before you realize he is a really nice guy and that ethical business practices are very important to him. We agreed on the price and he returned when the glass was available. He was on time again for the second appointment and replaced the windows, cleaning up after himself. The only issue was with the lines in the window glass. Our widows divide the panes off to the sides rather than down the middle. When he measured where the lines needed to go, he was slightly off so the window lines for the top window did not match exactly to the bottom window for all 3 windows. The difference was very minor but Mike offered to redo them (which would have been at a considerable expense to him). The difference was not that much and I decided I was fine with them the way they were. He gave me a discount when he wrote the ticket. Overall, a pleasant experiece with an ethical person. When he noticed I was having a problem with my door knob, he fixed that for me on his way out!
