Lee Martin was a joy to work with! Had a young crew that was the most punctual and efficient we have ever seen! Did it all right, with a few minor points. Ask for regular tar paper not the new plastic house wrap. Also ask for nails flush on the Hardie siding like the company says. Eliminates the problem of caulking nail holes since there is no caulk made for Hardie application. Caulk the windows and trim exactly as Lee tells you. There are certain places that are not supposed to be caulked or they will hold water.
Also ask that he clean out any webs or insect debri. We have never met a more honestworker!
