Next day service and price was good. But he didn't seem to know much about my refrigerator since it was only 2 yrs old. I would have thought he would have looked up model # before appointment or ask to read my owner's manual instead of fumbling to get drawer out and the back panel off. I would hire him again.

Victor has done a number of projects for us and is always very prompt, knowledgeable and agreeable. His pricing is very good and he often has the job done that day.

I don't remember exactly how much the bill was, so I just estimated. I know it wasn't out of line - I'd definitely remember that. He arrived promptly, finished the job in a timely manner and was very personable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been using him for 15 years. He is really polite and very friendly. My favorite things is that he remembers me whenever I call, and he is real personable. He is very professional and always dresses in a uniform. He never charges more than he has to.
