We had used them before but we were home to check the work before paying. We hired him Daniel again to cut the grass in the front, back and side while we were at work He basically did the front and back. When I asked about the side we were told the 3' x 40 ' strip by the street was too much work and would cost extra This alone would be enough to let us know he was untrustworthy. He got to our house around 9:15 and left at 11:19, we don't know at what point he used our water but at 6:20 PM when my wife got home the water was running. SO, our back yard was being flooded for at least 7 hours. When called to talk about the water being left on he said "sorry" my wife said she'd send him our bill. I'm sure if he won't even finish a job he was paid for, I'm sure accepting responsibilty for his incompetence would be out of the question. If you end up hiring Daniel Granados to. do your mowing don't leave him alone, check the work before you pay him and make sure your water isn't running.
