When he first started, I was at home to oversee things and he seemed to be doing a good job. However, as the job progressed while I was at work and my elderly mother was on site, his quality of work became horrible. He left huge gaps, didn't finish the caulking, cut a piece of board to cover a hole he left after he replaced the siding on the one room instead of putting trim up to finish it out properly, the access door in the skirting was installed where it is blocked by a tie-down and is unusable, installed the gable flashing with a gap where parts of it are not even touching the roof, and left gaps where the skirting comes together in corners. I contacted him by text, and he assured me he would take care of it. The past month has been nothing but "no show" appointments and empty promises. I have the text messages saved if needed. Left trash like water bottles on the ground when there was a trash can available, left pieces of materials all over the yard along with nails, and I was told after he started the job that the price didn't include removing the old skirting and siding which was left piled up in my yard. I had to pay someone an additional $450 to remove it.
