AQUA MASTERS

They did a very good job.  They did a full install in the beginning of 2014.  They do home delivery of the salt that goes into the water softening system.  It was very easy and on both occasions I've had very good experiences with them.  I like their customer service and the professionalism from the office.

Called company about tank not shutting off. They responded quickly and determined the gear mechanism in the timer had worn out and suggested a complete rebuilt of the timing mechanism. They explained the situation, completed the repair in less than thirty minutes and reset the regeneration cycle. Unit performs.

I was not sure that I needed one of the fancier more expensive water softners so I went with a well established name that Aqua Masters suggested. They were on time, did a good job and charged a fair price. I am happy with my choice.

I just bought a house with a water softener. Since I don't know anything about water softeners and wasn't too sure the one I had was working properly, I consulted Angie's List and decided to call Aqua Masters. The guys arrived right on time and took a look at my water softener, which, it turns out, was not set properly. They checked it out, made the necessary adjustments, answered all my questions and explained the system to me. I now have a functioning water softener. They were very professional, helpful and courteous.

Then they went a step further and explained that because my house was not originally plumbed for a water softener, the people who installed it installed separate hose bibs for the exterior water lines. I thought it was kind of strange this house (not terribly large) has two exterior hose bibs in front and two in back. Turns out, the ones at the ends of the pipes sticking out of the ground come directly from the street and do not go through the softener system. The two hose bibs that stick out of the house masonry are connected to the interior water lines and, hence, the water softener. For the past month, I had been watering the back yard with the hose connected to the line that has softened water! I am so glad they pointed that out, because the realtor didn't and the previous owners didn't, either, and I would never have known. I plan to call Aqua Masters again for salt deliveries and any problems I may have in the future. I am very happy with their people, their work and their prices.

Good experience. We were having off-and-on low water pressure in our house, as well as a lot of minerals and salt in the water. We called Aqua Masters after having a not-so-great experience with Bio Tech (Hank Deutsch), and they sent a serviceman out to fix our system. He was very helpful, courteous, and answered all our questions, then fixed the system by dumping out the old resin and replacing it.

This company provides service for reasonable prices. No massive uplift to pay for high pressure salespersons or BS around mixed media (carbon in the resin) with obscene commissions. First call to home depot resulted in a $2800 bid, second call to another pamphlet company was $4200 , third call to Rainwater was $3000+. Culligan $2200. Closest competitor was River City (which I liked and was a fine company but bid $75 more than Aqua Masters). This company was referred by a neighbor who used them for two new homes. Two years, one service call and basically free salt delivery (pay $8/bag). About 1 year after installation a small pinhole leak occurred leaving the floor damp. Prompt response to my call, next day repair. No blame game or BS , just "were sorry Sir for the inconvenience, it's fixed now". No more issues. Prompt delivery of salt at competitive prices.

HE WAS POLITE AND PUNCTUAL. HE GOT STRAIGHT TO THE POINT AND DID NOT USE ANY MADE UP SPEECH TO SELL THE SYSTEM. I ALSO LIKE THAT THE SYSTEM WAS AFFORDABLE. WE WILL BE USING AQUA MASTERS.
