I had this individual business out 2 times. #1 we were in the process of packing in preparation of moving. He was earlier than I had requested and I was not ready. He sprayed but limited places in the up stairs rooms. Avoided the attic which has its own door from the hallway. #2 We had moved out, our renters were still seeing live pests so I called and had him back out. He arrived 30-45 minutes early and the renter was not ready to escort the bug man around. As he was spraying, he made a comment to the renters son, " You sure have cleaned up this place since I was out here a few weeks ago. Looks better." What Mr. Portus did not know was that was my daughter, son-in-law, and grandson were the "new" renters! I did not appreciate his lack of professionalism by commenting on the condition of the interior of our home. I will not call Portus Pest again.
Description of Work: Sprayed in and around house, storage and garage for spiders, scorpions, bugs, ants.
