I have used them several times before and I was Always always pleased.
They have done our natural stone floors. They have made many many repairs. They did our windows.
They cleaned our cabinets. Hung mirrors that we couldn't lift. They made our back porch steps and rails.
All first class work and we are truly pleased with them. We will definitely be calling them back

I called them and talked to the husband. He assured me that we would have a super professional team that would clean houses to make them ready for sale. I got a mother with her 16 year old daughter and another woman. They did not do a professional job. The employee was constantly smoking cigarettes outside, and the young person seem flighty. To pay $150 for 2 hours of cleaning service of this caliber was too much. I don't recommend them to anyone.

"First I would like say how great it is to finally have my first negative review. After close to 4 years of service this is my first and only negative review on the web period. As for a response to this review I must admit I am surprised. First service was render close to 3 weeks prior and after completing the job we did not get any type of response stating that the client was dissatisfied with the job. The client did not speak up at the end of the job or attempt to call or email us that things needed to be redone. But after 3 weeks of service there is not a lot we can do to remedy the problem. We are a Christian based business and would have returned the next day to try to redo areas of concern. I spoke with the employee in regards to smoking and was not aware they took a break and smoked. Normally she only smokes at the end of the job while loading equipment. The team we use is my Wife and yes she is a mother but most people out there who clean are a mother and wife. My 16 year old AB honor roll daughter who is enrolling in the Navy after her 17th Birthday in August this year, enjoys working with her Mother to earn money for summer activities. Not sure why she seemed "flighty" but she is a normal 16 year old teen and I guess they are all "flighty". We were hired to clean the home and informed the home would be empty for us to clean. After starting the job we were instructed to pack items in the kitchen into plastic bags and move other items around to clean the home. The client asked us to try to keep the clean time to under 2 hours and we did that. However moving items and packing items takes away from the clean time and reduces the 2 hours of cleaning. We also was asked to try and remove a large amount of rust from a bathtub. Most services would have said to replace the tub instead I called my Husband and asked him to go buy me some chemicals to get it off. So that I could remain on the job. After $35 dollars in Commercial grade CLR and over an hour of scrubbing the one tub we lightened the rust but was unable to remove it. All in all I apologize the client was not happy with the service and had we been given notice on that day or within 48 hours we would have gladly tried to remedy the issue. Thanks and God Bless."

They do make-ready new homes. They do churches. They do just about anything. Now he has branched out and incorporated. He will get his documentation together and will be here this evening.
He cared. It wasn't about money, it was helping other people, that's what stood out with him. I was so grateful for his help. He was so very professional. He was clean, prompt, punctual, friendly and he was certainly reasonable in his prices.
The railing on our house was not finished right because the builder took off in the middle of the night. There was no railing on our stair rail and there was going to be a 3 year old within a couple of weeks. Brian got to work immediately and made a rail for us. It was beautiful, very professional. The builder never bothered to put back porch steps, it would be a 5 foot drop. He went to work immediately and build railings and built the stairs. He did a bunch of little things in the house that the builder had just ignored. The washer and dryer they never took the shipping bolts out of them. Had I turned it on, it would have been terrible. Just bunches of things. We had him come back for a lot of jobs. If he didn't know, he didn't try to snow you, he would go and try to find out.

It is a family owned organization and very professional and customer oriented. I am the kind of person I like to have somebody care about what their doing and they seem to care. I mean they caught onto what we wanted them to do right away and it wasn't like we had to go over it 3 or 4 times with them. They are very trustworthy, they call and follow up and they did a cleaning when we had the house remodeled. We hadn't even met them we did it over a conversation over the phone and internet. They did such a great job and was looking for a regular cleaning so we are very pleased with them.
