"I went back and pulled the ticket on the chair. All we were asked to do was reglue the chair and tighten the hip rests on the side of the seat where the "screw" was. We probably replaced one of the screws, but since we were not asked to do any color work on the chair we probably did not worry about the screw. If the customer wishes to have the screw colored we can do that."
