We have used them twice in the last month or so. They did a phenomenon job and were terrific. They got here when they said. The building uses them. It is an 11 story building and they do a good job here. Then each of the units we are responsible for our own. They change the filters every 6 months. They are on time, pleasant and do good quality work. We had a switch go bad, they replaced it with a bigger switch. I will call them any time. It was reasonable.
