Excellent!

Very pleasant and friendly. With us not being from this area, he explained how the septics are put in & how they work here in the south. VERY INFORMATIVE. Although we were surprised at the cost, he really is comparable (a little less actually), to others we called (5), guess we were just use to prices where we were before. ($150-200)

Very nice and informative. He came out the next morning after calling. He located where the tanks were, dug up the area, and cleaned up.

This is a small, family owned business.  They were able to service our septic tank in less than 24 hours of my initial call.  They were polite and knowledgeable.  They pumped, washed down the sides with the hose, ran the lines to be sure everything was clear and covered the tank when done. I will hire them  again when it is time.

They're very prompt and did a very good service. They left the yard as they found it. They didn't junk up the place. I was pleased with them.

Billy explained to me that due to the age of my septic system (20 yrs old) the sand got in and plugged the drain field so it does not work correctly. He does not build drain fields but he did give me a few names and described how they might lay the field and the plus and minus of each. I will call the one of those he recommends.
Billy was very professional and I will use him again and recommend him to others
