First of all, they installed a complete Williams Heat Pump which works flawlessly. Since then they have performed yearly service checks to service the unit per requirements. The last time the serviced it, it completely shut down. Due to IN State code, they had to install in-line fusses since my house is wired with aluminum. Occasionally this results in one of two of the fuses to blow. When this happens, they drive 25 miles to my residence to replace it. I could do it but they do as the warranty would be invalidated if I were to service the unit. While they are here, they service the unit since they are already here thereby saving them and me fuel savings as well as a service call charge. his doesn't seem like much however over time it adds up. This is the type of service I have come to expect from this small company. They are always prompt as I am confined to a wheelchair and even though I NEVER ask for preferential treatment, I believe they go the extra mile regardless.
