They did an awesome job. Punctual. And they cleaned up the area to my satisfaction. ***note - they had an opening in their schedule and they were able to move me up sooner***

After they repaired my roof, i had to wait for actual rain to validate the repair.  Unfortunately we received rain and found that the repair did not perform its job. Have not called back for them to check it again.

They removed the two layers of roofing that was already up. Added the roof vent tiles across the entire top of the roof (not sure what they are called but they allow the attic to vent without turbines.) cleaned up, painted under all the eves. Beautiful job! We were on a timeline because we were selling the house and they came through with flying colors!  The price was reasonable. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They gave us a good guarantee on the roof.  What I liked is that they employ their workers and carry workmans comp etc.  They do not use day laborers. Their men are experienced and reliable.

We had to wait almost a month for the service but they did an excellent job.

Good job. Expensive but I guess thats just what roofs cost these days!  His estimate was higher than the others however he had a great rating and good reviews and that is worth the extra money any day!  The only complaint I have is that when his guys touched up the paint from the nails holes under the eaves where the nails came through,  they dripped a little paint on the new roof. But other than that I am very pleased with the roof!

Weeks Roofing is a great company. I'll use them anytime I need any roof work. They repaired several leaks on our tile roof, repositioned 2 A/C units, replace birdstop, and add new catwalks. They were super punctual, professional, and clean. They owner Bill was constantly checking on the workers during the day to ensure quality work. The quote was not the cheapest but you truly get more than what you pay for. We are very pleased. This was the third roofing company we use, I wish we started with them! It could have save us thousand of dollars and headaches. Thank you Weeks Roofing!

BILL CAME BY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND I OK'ED THE JOB THE BIGGEST THING WAS HE DID NOT ASK FOR MONEY UP FRONT I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. MOST COMPANIES IN EL PASO ALWAYS SEEM TO ASK FOR MONEY UP FRONT AND THEN LAG THE JOB. WEEKS ROOFING WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS,THERE IN THE MORNING AND LEFT AT 6:00 PM TILL THE JOB WAS DONE.

They are extremely professional, thorough, and give honest feedback.  They don't recommend a roof replacement unless I need one, they have explained when I don't need one, just repairs.  I have used them for over 40 years.  I would definitely recommend them. They are a busy company, so call well in advance, but I think they are worth the wait.

Even I have selected another company to do work, I had positive experience with this company.
They come as sheduled, and provide detailed estimate and valuable information.

I had to wait several months before the roofer became available due to a hail storm that kept his crews busy. In the meantime, the owner returned all my calls in a timely fashion and answered all questions to my satisfaction. He kept me informed regarding his schedule and his crew did arrive as promised after a last-minute delay due to the July 4 weekend. The owner made an appearance on the job site every day and I was able to speak to him regarding the progress. Most importantly, there was an English-speaking supervisor on site during the entire job that could address my concerns immediately.

About a year ago, we experienced a severe hail storm that did extensive damage to some areas of our roof. We had heard that Weeks Roofing Co. had a good reputation ("one of the best in El Paso"), so we gave them a call. They were extremely busy, but came to our house and gave us an estimate within a reasonable amount of time and offered to do temporary repairs right away (I had already done them myself, so that service was not required). When an opening in their very busy schedule was available, they performed the work with great professionalism. The owners and their crew were responsive, prompt, careful, skilled and thorough. One of the crew accidentally got a tar spot on a porch cushion, and the owners immediately had the cushion cleaned to perfection. They even called later to make sure we were satisfied with the cleaning (we were). It is customary for some work crews in this city to bring along "boom boxes" and play loud music while they're working. The crew from Weeks Roofing Co. did not do that. Re-shingling a roof is noisy enough without the added distraction of blaring music all day long. Instead, the crew worked diligently and attempted to be as unobtrusive as possible. They always arrived promptly and cleaned up the work areas everyday before leaving. We were totally pleased with our whole experience with this company. We have experienced no leaks during subsequent heavy rains. Although prices for materials had risen substantially between the time they gave us an estimate and the time the work was done, they remained true to the original estimate. We highly recommend Weeks Roofing Co.
