Our office staff always does their best to address service requests within a timely manner, either the same day or within 24 hours. Any repairs that are urgent or considered to be an owner responsibility, have been and always will be addressed promptly, with no exceptions. However, please keep in mind that we are the property manager, not the owner of the property. Service requests that are not considered urgent or vital to the property require authorization from the owner and unfortunately do not always receive approval. We value all potential, current and past tenants and are committed to providing a positive renting experience. Additionally, we strive to always treat our tenants with respect and courtesy as well as provide them with assistance when needed. We appreciate your input and thank you for your feedback."
