 + -1 moreI called We Clean El Paso and I spoke to a gentleman I believe his name was Ben and he arranged for an appointment on September 14 between 2 and 3 pm. No one showed up. At 3:30, I called and he apologized and said he forgot to put me on the schedule and and would call to see if they could still squeeze me in. He called me back half an hour later and said the crews were already going home for the day. He rescheduled me for today at the same time. Once again, no one showed up and no one called to let me know if there was some kind of problem. This time when I called there was no answer so I left a message. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Nothing. They never showed up.

 + -1 moreBen returned my call, we agreed upon the price of $70.00 for weekly cleaning. Hope showed right on time. Spent about 3 hours to clean a single wide mobile home. She did a decent job, some things were missed but I was not concerned since I thought she would be back the following week. The following week, she did not come, called the office and he said she quit. I did asked why he did not contact us to let us know and he said that he didn't realize that we had agreed upon weekly cleaning. He did not have anybody to come to Chaparral.

 + -1 moreWe paid them in full and they did not complete the job. I have called them continuously and never returned my calls. I finally spoke with Manny, and he gave me the run-around about his company completing the work. I am still waiting for the job to be finished. They also changed the price for the work.
